Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms apply to the Sort Them All game for iPhone and iPad. "We" means the developer of Sort Them All. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA). If the two differ, the Standard EULA applies to your licence to use the app.

The game

Sort Them All is free to download and play. We may add, change or remove levels, themes and features in updates. Some features need an internet connection or an Apple service, such as Game Center, and may not always be available.

Optional purchases

Reward videos

You can choose to watch a short video, provided by Google AdMob, to earn a hint. Videos are optional and play only when you tap the button for one. Their content comes from advertisers, not from us. How many are available, and whether one is available at all, can change, and there is a daily limit. The privacy policy explains what data this involves.

Fair use

Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its artwork, or try to get purchases or rewards in ways the game does not offer. Game Center scores and names must follow Apple's rules.

Ownership

The game, its levels, pictures, sounds and name belong to us. Your licence to use them is the one given by the Standard EULA.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but cannot promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
