Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This policy covers the Sort Them All game for iPhone and iPad and this website. "We" means the developer of Sort Them All. Questions go to game@sortthemall.com.
- We run no servers and collect no personal data ourselves. There is no account or sign-up.
- Your progress and settings stay on your device.
- Reward videos come from Google AdMob. Google may collect some data to show and measure them, as described below.
- Apple handles purchases and Game Center. Daily reminders are set up on your device.
What stays on your device
Your levels, stars, streaks, hint count, unlocked themes and settings are saved on your device only. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them. Sort Them All Plus is the exception: Apple keeps a record of that purchase, so Restore Purchases can bring it back.
Reward videos (Google AdMob)
The game can show a short video that earns you a hint. A video plays only after you tap the button that offers it. There are no banner ads and no ads that appear on their own.
These videos are provided by Google AdMob. To get the app ready to offer a video, the Google Mobile Ads software starts when you reach the home screen and may load a video in advance, so Google can receive data even if you never watch one. Google may collect:
- your IP address, and a rough location worked out from it
- device and app details, such as the device model, iOS version, language and app version
- how you interact with the videos, such as whether one was shown, watched or tapped
- diagnostic and performance data about the ads
Google uses this data to show videos, measure them, limit how often you see the same one and prevent fraud. Sort Them All never asks for permission to track you, so the app does not give Google your device's advertising identifier.
Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears before any video is loaded, and you can choose what Google may do. Where that applies, you can change your choice later in the game's Settings under Ad Privacy Choices.
Read how Google uses this data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Purchases (Apple)
Sort Them All Plus and hint packs are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment. We never see your name, card or Apple Account details. The app only checks with Apple whether a purchase went through. Apple's handling of your data is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Game Center (Apple)
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center and are optional. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple and shown to other players according to your Game Center settings. We do not receive your Game Center details. You can sign out in the iOS Settings app under Game Center.
Daily reminders
If you turn them on, the game schedules at most one reminder a day on your device. They are local notifications: nothing is sent to us or to any server. Turn them off in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings under Notifications.
Sharing your result
When you share a Daily Challenge result, the text goes only to the app you pick in the share sheet. It never includes the answer.
Crash reports
If you have chosen in iOS to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send us anonymous crash and performance reports. They do not identify you.
This website
sortthemall.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Children
We do not collect personal data from anyone, including children. Reward videos play only when a player taps the button for one. If you are a parent and have a question, email us.
Your choices
- Do not tap the video button, and no video plays.
- Change your ad consent in the game's Settings, where the law gives you that choice.
- Turn reminders off in the game's Settings or in iOS Settings.
- Sign out of Game Center in iOS Settings.
- Delete the app to remove everything it saved on your device.
Changes
If the app changes what it does with data, we will update this page before that version is released and change the date at the top.
